Terms of use for Weronika AI

This is a reading copy, so that you can understand what you agreed to. The binding version of these terms is the Polish one, and that is the version you accepted when you first opened the app. If the two ever differ, the Polish text is the one that applies. Read the Polish version.
What this is
Weronika AI is artificial intelligence. You are not talking to Weronika Skibniewska in person. It is a tool built on her programmes, her recordings and her way of working, and it answers you in her voice, but the answers are produced by a computer program, not by a human being.
Weronika oversees how the AI was taught, and corrects it. She can see the conversations, so that she can improve the quality of the answers and step in if something goes wrong. She does not answer in them personally.
Labelling of AI generated content
Every answer in this app is generated by artificial intelligence (AI). That is why every message carries the signature "Weronika AI" or "Asystentka techniczna AI", and why the fact that you are talking to an AI is visible from the first screen, before you write a single sentence.
The answers are produced from Weronika's material, but their content is written by a program. They are not statements she made to you personally and should not be treated as such.
What this is NOT
This is not therapy and not emergency help
Weronika AI is not a therapist, a psychologist, a doctor or a first responder. It does not diagnose and it does not treat.
Nobody is watching these conversations as they happen. If you write here that you are in danger, no human is alerted at that moment and nobody is coming to you. This is a tool, not an emergency service.

Weronika AI also does not give medical, legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. For those, go to a doctor, a lawyer, an accountant or a licensed adviser.
Weronika AI is not a financial or investment adviser. It will not tell you what to invest in, whether to take a loan, which fund, cryptocurrency, insurance or savings product to choose, and it will not judge whether an investment is right for you. It talks to you about what to charge for your work and how to build your business, because that is what Weronika teaches. What to do with money you already have is a question for a licensed adviser.
Your decisions are yours
What you do with your life, your money, your work and your relationships is entirely your decision and your responsibility. Weronika AI promises no results, no earnings and no timescales. Do not make financial or life decisions on the basis of a conversation with a tool alone.
What we remember, and why
Your conversations are saved. We do it for one reason: so the AI remembers who you are and does not make you tell your whole story again every month. That is what lets it genuinely help you.
- Your conversations are private. No other member will ever see them, and they will never appear in anyone else's conversation.
- Only Weronika can see them, and only in order to improve the quality of the answers and to respond to situations where someone might need help. Access is recorded: every time a conversation is opened, that is logged, along with who opened it and when.
- The app is maintained for Weronika by an external technical company, which acts solely on her instructions under a data processing agreement. It does not use your conversations for any purposes of its own.
- We do not sell them to anyone and we do not use them for advertising.
- We do not use them to train artificial intelligence models.
- We keep them for as long as you are a member, and for up to 12 months after you leave, in case you come back.
You can ask for them to be deleted at any time. Write to kontakt@vrkas.pl and we will erase everything we remember about you. No questions asked.
Your energy
Every message uses credits. You start with 15 credits. As long as you are a member, you get another 15 every thirty days. Each of you has her own renewal day, and you can see the exact date in your own space.
What you do not use is not lost. New energy is added to whatever you have left, not put in its place. Energy you buy does not expire either. The welcome credits are given once.
Two conversations are always free, and you will never be blocked from them: questions about your payments and access, and anything to do with your safety.
Honestly, about what can go wrong
This is technology and it sometimes gets things wrong. It can misunderstand you, or say something Weronika would not say. Treat it as a wise person to talk to, not an oracle. If something sounds off, trust yourself, not the tool.
